RAATSIC's Family Wellbeing Program is seeking a dedicated Family Support Worker – Level 3 to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families, delivering holistic, culturally safe case management and supports.
Based in community and/or Cairns, the role involves travel to remote Cape York communities, comprehensive needs assessments, family capability building, advocacy, and coordinated referrals to services, ensuring secure, supported outcomes for children and families.
