The Role
You will be responsible for:
Converting residential solar opportunities
Consulting homeowners on tailored solar solutions
Managing your sales pipeline end-to-end
Conducting in-home or virtual consultations
Achieving and exceeding monthly targets
Working closely with operations and installation teams
(Manager role) Leading and mentoring sales staff
What We're Looking For
Proven sales experience (solar highly regarded)
Strong communication and closing skills
Self-motivated and performance-driven

Able to build trust quickly with homeowners
