Position overview:
We're looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-driven Project Administrator to support our project team and help deliver outstanding results. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy coordinating people and processes, and love keeping projects running smoothly, this role is for you.
You'll need:
Solid organisational and multitasking skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in administration or project support (preferred but not essential)
Key responsibilities:
Supporting day-to-day project activities and timelines
Preparing documentation, reports, safety documentation and hand over documentation
Assisting with scheduling, resource allocation, and project coordination




Communicating with internal and external teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Maintaining accurate records, registers, and project systems
Invoicing and processing of progress claims
Maintain accurate project records and documentation, including project budgets, and expenses
Processing purchase orders, and managing material deliveries.
Provide general administrative support to the project team, including organizing meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
