Lifely is seeking experienced Community Support Workers to provide person-centred, complex care to participants in Ballarat. You will support individuals living with disability to build independence, with tasks including personal care, domestic tasks, social engagement, transport to appointments and skill-building.
This casual role starts at $***** per hour. Availability is Monday 2:00pm – 6:00pm, Tuesday 2:00pm – 6:00pm and Thursday 2:00pm – 6:00pm, with potential additional hours.
