The Salvation Army in Malvern, VIC, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to support the Store Manager and grow leadership skills. You'll assist with daily store operations, oversee stock, pricing, merchandising, and lead and train volunteers to deliver an exceptional in-store experience.
This full-time, permanent role offers opportunities to develop leadership, ensure a safe working workplace, and contribute to the local community through a values-based charity.
