As our Retail Manager, here's what you'll achieve:
Play a key role in the Leadership Team of a dynamic, growing local business
Be the face of our retail business across two locations, building relationships with clients and helping solve their pool problems
Take ownership of the day-to-day operations, commercial performance and continued growth of our two retail stores
Recruit, lead, coach and develop an awesome team of Retail Assistants
Drive high standards in customer service, merchandising, store presentation and operational compliance
Build relationships with trade partners and oversee inventory management
Drive sales, profitability and business growth – with the opportunity to be rewarded for outstanding performance

Be willing to undertake a police check as part of the recruitment process
