Baseline Physiotherapy is seeking a full-time Physiotherapist to join our growing team in Albury, NSW. Key responsibilities
Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and evaluations to diagnose patient conditions and develop individualised treatment plans
Delivering evidence-based physiotherapy treatments including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation programmes
Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment strategies to optimise outcomes and recovery
Educating patients on injury prevention, self-management techniques, and home exercise programmes
Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
Communicating with referring practitioners and other allied health providers regarding patient progress and outcomes
Contributing to a positive clinic environment and supporting the professional development of team members
What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Physiotherapy from a recognised institution
Current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia and valid AHPRA registration
Qualified indemnity insurance that is current and appropriate for physiotherapy practice
Demonstrated experience in assessing and treating a range of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries




Strong knowledge of exercise prescription, manual therapy techniques, and rehabilitation principles
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex conditions to patients in an accessible manner
Ability to work independently whilst maintaining collaborative relationships with colleagues
Commitment to ongoing career development and staying current with physiotherapy best practice
Experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting or chiropractic clinic is advantageous
A patient-centred approach to care with strong empathy and interpersonal skills
