Coles Group Insurance is seeking a Claims Support Officer for a 6-month FTC in Hawthorn East. You will process claim-related correspondence, register new claims, support data integrity, and collaborate with external partners to promote efficient workers compensation outcomes.
You will provide service to callers, handle mail and files, and assist with reporting while ensuring compliance and quality. A versatile hybrid work setup is available.
