The Guest Service Generalist is responsible for completing daily front office, food & beverage & maintenance functions. Ensuring that all Owners and Guests receive productive and courteous service; making them feel welcome during their entire stay through a proactive and positive attitude. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Deliver warm, professional service to all guests across various resort departments
Support Front Office operations including check-in, check-out, and guest enquiries
Assist the Food & Beverage team with service in the restaurant, bar, or café
Work alongside the Housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Provide accurate information and personalised recommendations about resort facilities and local attractions




Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures are followed to maintain consistency and quality
Maintenance functions such as maintaining guest accommodation and common areas
Respond promptly to guest requests and support smooth daily operations across all teams

What You'll Bring
Previous experience in a food and beverage, café, bar or hotel environment is desirable
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate

Excellent communication and multitasking skills
