YMCA Victoria is seeking an Educational Leader for Lightning Reef Early Learning Centre. You will lead and develop the curriculum, support Educators, children and families, and collaborate with Team Leaders to deliver high-quality early learning.
You will promote a positive culture, implement learning theories, and plan short and long-term goals to strengthen centre operations. Ongoing career development will be provided.
