Reporting to the Director, Aboriginal and Social Inclusion, you will drive initiatives that strengthen inclusion and accessibility across our organisation.
You will partner with leaders and employee networks, co-design DEI programs, monitor metrics, and support training that builds inclusive leadership and psychologically protected workplaces.
