The Opportunity

Waiters, Wine Waiters
and
Sommeliers
to join our team. Expectations are high as we strive to deliver nothing short of excellence to our guests and we want to work with professionals who are dedicated and motivated to succeed.
Our ideal candidate will have:
Relevant qualification and/or 12 to 24 months of experience
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Strong food, beverage and wine knowledge, with a desire to continue learning
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build genuine rapport with guests




Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining high service standards
A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (RSA)
