At ANZUK, we believe great people belong in roles that matter. We're looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Schools team in Adelaide and build on our presence across South Australia.
This is an end-to-end agency recruitment role for someone who knows how to develop business, build a high-quality candidate network and turn strong relationships into long-term partnerships.
You'll step into an established education brand with existing relationships and the backing of ANZUK's national and international networks. From there, you'll have the autonomy to grow your portfolio, develop new business and establish yourself as a trusted recruitment partner to schools across South Australia.

What You'll Be Doing
Own and grow a 360 recruitment desk across the South Australian schools market
Develop new business through proactive outreach, networking, referrals and market engagement
Build trusted relationships with school leaders and become a genuine recruitment partner to your clients
Grow existing accounts by identifying new hiring needs and opportunities
Source, engage and develop high-quality educator talent locally and internationally
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client brief and candidate search through to offer and placement




Build and maintain strong client and candidate pipelines
Provide clients with informed recruitment advice and market insights
Take ownership of your desk, relationships and results
What We're Looking For
Demonstrated experience in 360 agency recruitment
Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle across both client and candidate activity
Confidence in business development and generating new client opportunities
A track record of building and growing client relationships
Strong candidate sourcing and engagement capability
A commercial, proactive and consultative approach to recruitment
The resilience and drive to succeed in a target-focused agency environment
Highly regarded
Experience recruiting within education or another relationship-led specialist market
An existing network within Adelaide or South Australia
Experience developing a new desk, territory or client portfolio
Education recruitment experience isn't essential. Strong 360 agency recruitment experience is.
