Infinite Aged Care seeks a Clinical Care Manager to join our clinical leadership team in a regional setting.
You will oversee high-quality resident care, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor staff to deliver person-centred care with limited supervision.
You will work with the Clinical Care Coordinator, Nurse Mentors, and Mt Lofty General Manager to drive timely, compassionate care; support care planning, feedback handling, and career development for the team.
