Randstad Pty collaborates with a locally owned leading NDIS provider in the top end to recruit a passionate Support Coordinator.
You will support individuals with complex care needs, help them implement NDIS plans, and build robust relationships with participants, families, disability service networks, clinical staff and government partners.
You'll contribute to best practice care, deliver training, and intervene to achieve positive, sustainable outcomes after crises.
