The Claims Consultant role sits in our Group Space for the AWARE fund and focuses on end-to-end life insurance claims processes.
You will assess Group Life claims (TPD, Death, Terminal Illness), review supporting evidence, and communicate clearly with claimants and stakeholders while upholding policy terms and industry codes in a hybrid Sydney-based setting.
