icare is seeking a Client Advisor in CTP Care to manage treatment and care claims for clients with injury and disability.
You will review medical and claims information, coordinate services, and support recovery goals with clients and health professionals.
With at least three years in personal injury claims, you will explain decisions clearly and maintain robust relationships with clients and stakeholders, even in sensitive conversations.
NSW CTP knowledge is advantageous.
