Australian Venue Co. is recruiting a hands-on Sous Chef for a iconic riverside venue in Perth.
You will lead the kitchen team, maintain high standards, and ensure smooth service across pub dining, functions and events.
The role reports to the Head Chef and focuses on delivery, training and food quality.
Based at Raffles Hotel in Applecross, you'll work a busy, collaborative kitchen with a strong emphasis on a premium yet approachable menu, outstanding service, and waste minimisation.
