The Salvation Army is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join Oasis Youth Services in Surry Hills, NSW.
This full time role delivers holistic case management and housing support to young people experiencing or at risk of homelessness, within our Oasis Transitional Accommodation Service and OASIS Drop-In Centre.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team, engaging with partners and communities to build brighter futures.
