Bayside Health's Caulfield Hospital in Melbourne is seeking a Spinal Service Lead within the Social Work team.
The role delivers clinical social work services to the statewide inpatient spinal unit and maintains a clinical caseload across wards and specialties.
The incumbent will supervise Grade 2 and support Grade 1 social workers, collaborate with external organisations, and contribute to career development and education within the department.
