About the Role
Operate an HR waste collection vehicle across designated routes
Collect and transport waste safely and efficiently
Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle presentation
Deliver friendly, professional service to residents and customers
Follow all company safety procedures and environmental standards
Work as part of a supportive and safety-focused team
About You
To be successful, you will have:
A current and unrestricted
HR Driver Licence
A strong commitment to workplace safety




Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
Good communication and customer service skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous waste industry or heavy vehicle driving experience (advantageous but not essential)
Be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment and provide a current RMS Driving Record
