Ally Fashion is seeking a Store Manager for our Craigieburn store to lead a agile retail team and deliver outstanding customer service. You will drive sales, manage daily operations, and ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards.
You will recruit and train staff, prepare rosters, monitor stock, and collaborate with the Regional Manager to hit budgets while upholding health and safety policies. A fashion retail background and leadership drive are essential.
