Bakers Delight Nowra Fair is seeking a qualified baker to join the bakery team. This full-time role offers roughly 38 hours per week with a roster that may include shifts from 4 AM to 12 PM. We value motivation, energy and a commitment to quality baked goods in a rapid-paced setting.
You will prepare and produce bakery items, supervise apprentices, and help maintain safety and hygiene standards across the bakery floor. Training is provided as part of ongoing development.
