We're looking for an experienced commercial or industrial sales agent to sell the strata office/warehouse units at Yard ****, a new 56-lot business park at ***** Paramount Road, West Footscray.
This is a commission-only role across
a six month campaign
. You manage your own hours, pipeline and approach, and have the potential to earn
$250,000+
working alongside the developer directly.
We supply the product, the marketing material and the back-end support, and you focus on finding buyers and closing sales.
The product: Contemporary strata office/warehouse units in Melbourne's inner west with mezzanine options, contemporary kitchens and bathrooms in every unit. Suits owner-occupiers, investors, e-commerce operators, trades and private storage buyers. Close to the Westgate, Geelong Road and the Footscray/Yarraville amenity.
Key responsibilities
Generate and qualify buyer enquiry from owner-occupiers, investors and local businesses
Run inspections and present the product with confidence
Handle objections, negotiate and close sales




Follow up consistently and keep an organised CRM pipeline
Work with our team on contracts, settlements and buyer handover
Build referral relationships with brokers, accountants and local business networks
About you
A proven record in real estate sales, ideally commercial, industrial or off-the-plan
Confidence prospecting business owners and investors by phone and in person
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Self-management and consistent follow-up
Current Victorian Agent's Representative registration or Estate Agent's licence
Your own car, phone and laptop
An existing network of business owners, brokers or investors in Melbourne's west will be highly regarded
Commission on every unit sold or leased with negotiable rates
A ready-to-sell product, so no listing chase
Marketing collateral, floor plans, signage and display access
