Block is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our Sales Development organization in Melbourne. You will build a pipeline through outbound prospecting, email, and calls, qualifying opportunities for the Account Executive team and driving monthly quotas.
This is the entry point to growth within Block, with mentorship and transparent advancement paths. Fluency in English and Mandarin, a BA/BS or equivalent, and a proactive, curious sales mindset are essential.
