St Francis Adaptable School North West Campus in Wynyard, Tasmania, seeks a Youth Worker to support engagement, wellbeing and educational participation for young people with diverse needs.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team to build relationships with students and families and connect them with community services.
The role requires experience or developing qualifications in Youth Work, Social Work, Community Services or Counselling, plus a current licence and WWCC.
