Access Aged Care is seeking expressions of interest from General Practitioners to join our network providing in office care to residents across Residential Aged Care Homes in Stirling and surrounding areas.
This opportunity offers weekday hours only, with no after-hours, weekends or on-call requirements.
You will work with a consistent cohort of residents, supported by an Access Aged Care Nurse and telehealth geriatricians, ensuring efficient rounds and coordinated care.
