About Us
We're a health-focused drive-thru serving fresh smoothies, juices, salads, wraps, toasties, and coffee — making healthy eating easy and convenient for people on the go. As we expand, we need a hands-on Store Manager to lead our Duncraig team and drive the store's day-to-day success.
The Role
Lead and roster a team of up to 5 staff
Day shifts only — no late nights
Oversee daily operations, food quality, and customer service standards
Manage stock, ordering, and budgets
Train and develop your team
Drive local sales and marketing initiatives
Report directly to ownership, with input into how the store runs
What You'll Bring




2+ years' experience managing a team in hospitality, retail, or food service
Confidence with rostering, stock control, and basic budgeting
A genuine interest in health and wellness
Solid communication skills and a calm head under pressure
Someone who takes ownership and wants to grow with the brand
What We Offer
$70,000–$75,000 + Super, based on experience
