YMCA Victoria is seeking an Educational Leader for the Lightning Reef Early Learning Centre to support educators, children and families.
You will lead program planning and contribute to curriculum development.
You will be a passionate leader, able to inspire the team, embed learning theories, and promote a positive culture.
A Diploma in ECEC and 5 years' experience are required, with First Aid and child-safety certifications.
