Chermside Tavern, part of Endeavour Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead on-floor operations during busy lunch and dinner periods.
You will collaborate with other venue leaders, mentor hospitality staff, coordinate cross‐departmental operations, and ensure a excellent guest experience.
This role requires hands-on supervision, physical tasks, and current RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence; you'll be the face of the pub when the boss is away and drive energy and excellent
