The Blue Cattle Dog Hotel in St Clair, part of the Endeavour Group network, is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen and deliver pub classics with a fresh, guest-focused touch.
This hands-on, leadership role requires trade cooking qualifications and food safety certifications, with the ability to own the kitchen, manage stock and staff, and partner with FOH to keep diners delighted every shift.
