About the Role
Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services within the scope of nurse practitioners.
Conduct assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
Prescribe medications and develop management plans within scope of practice and MBS rules.
Working closely with principal GP for best patient outcome.
Selection Criteria
Endorsed Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA registration
Experience in primary care, general practice or community health
Strong clinical, communication and patient engagement skills
