Unilever is seeking a Process Engineer for our North Rocks factory in Sydney.
You will support Manufacturing by reducing losses and waste on the production line, applying AM/FI tools, SMED, PDCA, and Kaizen to drive continuous improvement.
The role focuses on zero defects, zero waste, and zero losses through Lean TPM practices.
You will train line crews, lead RCA and problem-solving efforts, ensure GMP compliance, and contribute to safety and quality initiatives while advancing the reliability
