Department of Health Tasmania is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (Wound Care) to lead specialist wound management across community settings in the North West region.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver advanced clinical care for people with chronic wounds and contribute to continuity of care, education and evidence-based practice.
The role requires current AHPRA Nurse Practitioner registration, pain and wound care expertise, and a commitment to culturally secure practice.
