Harbour at Home in Grafton, NSW, is seeking qualified Personal Care/Support Workers to help older people live independently at home across Grafton, Lawrence, Maclean and Townsend.
You will provide personal care and community support tailored to each client's needs, building genuine relationships while helping clients stay connected and comfortable at home.
You'll need Certificate III in Individual Support (or similar), current First Aid & CPR, a valid driver's licence, and a National police
