Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Qualifying leads and guiding clients through the exciting journey of building their recent home from enquiry to contract
Managing both walk in and remote enquiries to convert high volumes
Delivering standout customer service by balancing budget, lifestyle, and timelines to achieve the needs of differing customers
Building strong networks with land agents, developers, brokers and community partners
Managing the full sales process and ensuring paperwork is clean, complete and timely; and
Taking pride in your display and being the go to expert for the region.

The successful candidate will have:
Experience in new home sales, real estate, property to sell to KDRB, Home & Land & Acreage Customers
A motivated and results driven sales professional
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
Confident building relationships and generating referrals
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
A strong communicator who can connect with a broad range of customers
Self-motivated and able to work independently; and
Available to work weekends, public holidays as part of a Saturday to Wednesday roster.
