Hrstalentsolutions is seeking a Billing Contact Details Assistant for a remote, full time role in Australia.
You will update billing records, verify recipients and delivery methods, and leave clear notes for the billing team.
You will not handle pricing, credits, or disputes.
You will review requests, match them to the correct customer account, update permitted fields, and maintain change provenance.
Training is provided; prior accounting qualification is not required, and accuracy is essential
