Chosen Family in Jordan Springs, NSW, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Team Leader to support a participant with complex clinical and disability-related needs.
This role blends hands-on nursing with leadership, mentoring, and service coordination in a 24/7 SIL/SDA environment, with roster and leadership arrangements discussed at recruitment.
You will guide the nursing team, promote secure, evidence‐informed care, ensure care plans are implemented, and maintain clinical governance.
