Flintwood Disability Services Ltd is seeking a reliable Site Assistant to support day-to-day care and maintenance at Flintwood Farm / Romein's Retreat in Recent South Wales.
This 15-hour-per-week role offers flexible scheduling and a hands-on environment working with animals and garden spaces.
The position focuses on practical tasks, safety, and creating a welcoming setting for participants, staff and visitors, with duties across animal care, gardening and guest accommodation.
