Accept Care, part of the Kinyara Health group, is recruiting an NDIS Relationship Partner in Adelaide.
You will nurture participant relationships, coordinate supports, and build connections across the NDIS community to maximise plan outcomes.
Based from North Adelaide with two days per week of remote work, you'll travel across metropolitan Adelaide, onboarding current participants and ensuring reliable, person-centred services while aligning with compliance, quality and safety standards.
