The Real Pet Food Company is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist at our Somersby manufacturing site on the Central Coast.
You will drive improvements across three production lines, partnering with Production, Maintenance, QA, Warehouse and Logistics, and site leadership to optimise manufacturing.
You'll work on a mix of automated and manual processes, tailoring solutions to people and equipment while building buy-in and sustaining change.
