One Door Mental Health is seeking a skilled Counsellor for a 6‐month full‐time position in the Canterbury area.
You will conduct intake, provide brief interventions, perform risk assessments, and coordinate with stakeholders to support recovery using Open Dialogue principles.
The role emphasises person‐centred care, collaborative teamwork, and robust engagement with families and communities.
Must have current registration and commitment to trauma‐informed care, with occasional weekend coverage
