Tassal is seeking an HR Systems Leader to own and optimise the Dayforce HCM platform, moving it from project to BAU with continuous improvements.
You will lead a small team, bridge People & Culture with IT and external vendors, and advance a clear, prioritised systems roadmap.
Flexible on location with hubs in Hobart and Sydney, the role requires deep HR systems expertise, robust governance, and a track record delivering value through platform enhancements and integrations.
