Service Stream is seeking a Senior Employee Data Officer in Melbourne to maintain accurate employee data across onboarding, changes, transfers, and terminations.
You'll mentor junior staff, resolve complex queries, and balance accuracy with continuous improvement in a hybrid work setup.
You will collaborate with Payroll, People & Experience, and operational stakeholders, ensuring data governance and timely service delivery while upholding compliance with Awards and legislative requirements.
