Lutheran Homes Group is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to provide compassionate, person-centred care in our aged care services in Horsham, Victoria.
You will work with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team to support health, independence, and quality of life.
Key duties include administering medications, delivering high-quality nursing care per care plans, monitoring health, and assisting with activities of daily living while promoting choice and dignity.
AHPRA registration is required.
