Belgravia Leisure is seeking an Aquatic Services Manager at Keilor East Leisure Centre to lead our aquatics team and drive high-quality swim school programs.
You will manage Pool Deck Supervisors and Swim Teachers, working under the Centre Manager, with a focus on safety, customer service, and program delivery.
The role requires outstanding communication, leadership, and a passion for swimming and student progression.
