Job Type: Full-time

Palm Lake Group is seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our IT team at the Southport Head Office. You will provide Level 1/2 support across Queensland, NSW, and Victoria, resolving issues, managing requests, and delivering reliable IT services.This is a full time permanent role reporting to the IT Business Partner. You will configure devices with Intune, manage AD/Entra ID, and work with stakeholders and external IT partners to continuously improve service delivery.
