You will advise the founders and executive team on the matters that shape the Group's growth: governance across our Australian and international entities, investor relations and capital raising, strategic partnerships and international expansion. Working alongside Legal Kitz and our external advisers, you will bring structure, judgement and pace to a business at a significant stage of growth.Governance: overseeing corporate governance and company secretarial matters across the Group's Australian and international entities, including board and shareholder matters, resolutions, share issues and statutory recordsInvestors and capital: managing shareholder and investor communications, and supporting capital raising and corporate transactions from documentation and due diligence through to completionStrategic partnerships: supporting negotiations with industry peak bodies, government bodies and commercial partners, including leading Australian banks,



insurers and payment providersCommercial: drafting, reviewing and negotiating customer, SaaS, supplier and partnership agreementsInternational expansion: preparing the Group for cross-jurisdictional operations, including corporate, compliance and tax matters, in coordination with external legal and tax advisersPeople: overseeing employment and contractor arrangements, intellectual property and confidentiality across our Australian and international teamPlatform and regulatory: overseeing the core company documents within the Business Kitz platform, and monitoring employment and regulatory developments so the Group's documents and processes remain currentAbout youAdmitted in Australia with at least 7 years post admission experience and a current unrestricted practising certificateTrained in a top tier or mid tier firm, with senior in-house experience well regardedDemonstrated corporate and investor relations experience, including direct work with shareholders and investors on capital raising or transactionsA track record of negotiating strategic partnerships with major counterparties, such as financial institutions, insurers or government bodiesStrong command of the Corporations Act, corporate governance and group structures, with sound knowledge of Australian employment lawCompany secretarial or cross-border experience well regardedThe judgement and presence to advise founders, investors and partners directly, and to prioritise across a broad remitA genuine interest in how technology is reshaping legal and compliance workAble to travel occasionally within Australia and overseasWhat we offerA senior role at the centre of the Group's growth, working directly with the founders, investors and strategic partnersBroad exposure across corporate, investor, governance, commercial and international mattersPermanent part time, 3 days per week, with flexibility in how you structure themFully remote, anywhere in AustraliaCompetitive base salary, with potential equity participation and performance bonuses
