The Royal Hospital for Women in Randwick, part of NSW Health, is seeking a Midwifery Co-Director to lead the Maternity Division and deliver high‐quality care for women and babies. You will drive innovative models of care, multidisciplinary collaboration, and career development, while ensuring governance and strategic management.

The role is a temporary full‐time position (38 hours/week) with a salary of AUD 184,618.22– AUD 187,571.52 per year plus superannuation, located at Randwick,
