Victorian Aboriginal Child Care Agency (VACCA) is seeking a Family Services Specialist Disability Practitioner in Werribee, VIC. You will provide culturally protected, strengths-based disability support to Aboriginal families within VACCA's Family Services programs, coordinating with the NDIS and external providers to ensure holistic wrap-around care for children and families.

Demonstrated experience engaging with Aboriginal communities, trauma-informed practice, and knowledge of NDIS processes are
